    • All 1 ct+ solitaires are IGI certified E colour & VVS2 clarity.
    • All diamonds below 1 ct are EF colour VVS-VS clarity
    • D/F colour solitaires available at differential pricing
    • Gold is default 18k. 14k available on request.

    Pricing

    • The prices are indicative considering 18k gold @ Rs.11,700 per gm. Subject to change of rate.
    • 14k Gold option available at a reduced price of approx Rs. 2500 per gm
    • The price is also subject to the final diamond wt. +/- 5%

    Sizing & Engraving

    • Pricing is based on ladies' rings up to size 14 and gents' rings up to size 21. Custom sizing beyond these will have additional charges.
    • We provide complimentary engraving such as a date/number wherever possible (subject to space).

    How safe is the shipping of my Jewelry?

    Your Jewelry is shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging. We only work with trusted courier partners, and each shipment is fully insured until it reaches you.

    What is the expected delivery time?

    • We deliver all orders within 3 weeks of confirmation.
    • Once your order is ready a Client advisor will get in touch to co-ordinate delivery in-store or shipment.

    Which locations do you deliver to?

    • We offer complementary shipping to all major cities in India, usually within 2 working days.
    • For remote locations please check with us the possibility, additional charges may apply.
    • International Shipping is available at additional charges based on country and applicable import duties/tariff. Please get in touch to know more.
    Returns & Exchange

    Lifetime Exchange Policy

    You can exchange or upgrade your jewelry anytime in the future. On exchange, we offer 100% value on gold and 90% value on diamonds, at prevailing market prices.

    Lifetime Buyback Policy

    HOQ offers buyback on customised or made-to-order jewellery. GST and making charges will be deducted. Refund includes 80% of diamond value and 100% of gold value.

    In-stock Items Return

    Returns of In-stock items are accepted within 15 days, with a 5% deduction.

    Product returned should be in unused condition and not tampered/damaged, else eligibility for returns will be void.

    Is Jewelry certification provided?
    Yes, You will receive an IGI Certificate for all 1+ Carat Diamonds.
    Is the Gold hallmarked?
    All our Jewelry is crafted with Hallmarked 14KT and 18KT Gold.
    How can I verify if my product is authentic?
    You can check the IGI Diamond Certificate that comes with your jewelry, where the unique report number will match the IGI laser inscription on the diamond’s girdle (for Diamonds above 1 ct).
    What information is included in the IGI certificate?
    The IGI certification report covers carat weight, cut, colour, clarity, polish, and symmetry grades, along with measurements, proportions, fluorescence, an inclusions plot, and the laser inscription number on the diamond’s girdle.
    What should I do if I lose my Jewelry certificate?
    We can arrange a duplicate certificate for you, at an additional cost. Please contact our customer care team, and we'll assist you with the re-certification process.
    Is the Jewelry moisture and heat resistant?
    Yes, our Gold and Diamond Jewelry is moisture-resistant. However, we recommend removing it during periods of prolonged exposure to heat.
    Is the Jewelry scratch-proof?
    Gold surfaces can get minor scratches over time with regular wear. However, these can be easily removed through professional repolishing.
    How can I maintain my Jewelry to ensure it lasts longer?
    Store jewelry in a fabric-lined box, clean with a soft microfiber cloth, avoid contact with moisture and strong chemicals, and schedule annual professional cleaning service with HOQ, free of cost.
    Will the Diamonds fade or lose their sparkle over time?
    No, lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds and will maintain their brilliance forever, just like natural diamonds. They do not fade, change color, or lose sparkle.
    Do you provide repair services?
    Yes, we provide free repair for any manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. After that, repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    Can you resize my ring?
    Yes, we offer resizing services in case-to-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to check the possibility of the same.
    Does the product price include GST?
    Yes, the displayed price is inclusive of 3% GST.
    Are there any hidden charges?
    No, there are absolutely no hidden costs. The price you see is the final price you pay (inclusive of GST and shipping). For remote shipping, additional charges will apply.

    What is the process for Customising my Jewelry?
    Share your design concept or inspiration, and our team will create a 3D rendering for your review and approval. Once approved, we craft your unique piece within 3–4 weeks and deliver it to your doorstep, or you can collect it from our store.
    How long does customization take?
    Custom pieces typically take 3-4 weeks from design approval to delivery.
    Can I purchase this as a gift?
    Yes! Our Jewelry makes perfect gifts for all occasions - engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations.
    Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Yes, we provide all orders in our Signature Red Box. Perfect for Gifting.
