How long before my date should I order?
Six weeks is comfortable. Production runs about three weeks, and the rest covers design approval, sizing and delivery. Under three weeks we will point you to what is ready to ship instead.
Can the chain be shortened or lengthened later?
Yes. Length is adjusted at our workshop and the first adjustment within six months is free. Tennis and riviera styles lose or gain stones when resized, so the quote changes slightly.
What does a bridal necklace cost here?
Statement necklaces begin around the price of a mined solitaire of a third the size. Every piece on this page shows an indicative price; the final quote depends on carat weight, metal and length.
Can I return it if it is not right?
Ready-to-ship pieces follow our standard return window. Made-to-order and customised pieces cannot be returned, which is exactly why we send a CAD render and confirm the length before anything is made.
Will it match jewellery I already own?
Bring it to the appointment or send photographs. We match metal tone and stone colour across an existing set, including pieces that were not made by us.
Do lab-grown diamonds hold value?
They do not appreciate the way mined stones are sold as doing. What you get instead is a larger, cleaner stone for the same money, and a lifetime exchange against future purchases with us.
Can you ship outside India?
Yes, insured and tracked. Duties are calculated at checkout for most destinations. Add a week to the timeline.
