How long before my date should I order?
2 months atlest if not earlier. Production runs about 5-6 weeks, and the rest covers design approval, sizing and delivery. Short of time? We will point you to what is ready to ship instead.
Can the chain be shortened or lengthened later?
Yes. Length is adjusted at our workshop and the first adjustment within six months is free. Tennis and riviera styles lose or gain stones when resized, so the quote changes slightly.
What does a bridal necklace cost here?
Statement necklaces begin around 7 lacs going upto 15 lacs. Every piece can be costed in detail; the final quote depends on carat weight, metal and length.
Can I return it if it is not right?
Made-to-order and customised pieces cannot be returned, which is exactly why we work with you in detail to ensure everything is done with your approval.
Will it match jewellery I already own?
Bring it to the appointment or send photographs. We match metal tone and stone colour across an existing set, including pieces that were not made by us.
Can you ship outside India?
Yes, insured and tracked. Duties are calculated at checkout for most destinations. Add a week to the timeline.
