1 Year Manufacturing Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED
- General Manufacturing defects
Structural defects that arise from the manufacturing process, including issues with the integrity of settings, metal porosity, or stone placement are covered under this warranty.
- Polishing & refinishing
Polishing of your jewellery is covered under the warranty. Please note that the polishing process results in a minor, irreversible loss of gold. This is an inherent characteristic of the process and will be communicated to you by our sales advisor before work is carried out.
- Diamond Lost/Fallen
- Below 0.10 ct (under 10 pointer) Small Stone Accent lost during wear & tear - We replace it at no cost to you.
- 0.10 ct & above (10 pointer or larger) Stone has fallen but you have it with you Send us the loose stone along with the piece. We will reset it for you.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following are considered normal wear and are not covered:
- Everyday scratches & dents on the metal : All jewellery naturally shows signs of wear over time.
- Prongs bending or wearing down due to daily use : We recommend a yearly check-up at any HOQ store.
- Rhodium plating wearing off rose gold or white gold pieces over time.
- 0.10 ct & above (10 pointer or larger). Stone is lost, and you don't have it. The diamond will need to be replaced. The cost of the stone will be chargeable. Our sales advisor will discuss the pricing with you before any work begins.
- Gemstone damage: Chips, scratches, nicks, and breakage on gemstones due to accidental impact are not covered. Diamonds are the hardest natural substance, but are not indestructible. A gemstone struck at its weakest point (typically the edges or girdle) can chip or crack regardless of the force. Stones in prong settings with exposed edges carry a higher risk.
- Chemical & environmental damage : Colour change in metals due to chemicals, perfume, swimming pools, or household cleaners. (Tip - remove your jewellery before swimming, cleaning, or applying perfume)
- Loss of stone, screws, or components due to external factors or accidents.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
This warranty policy is applicable within India only. If your order was placed internationally, your piece will need to be physically brought back to India for assessment and repair. We are unable to arrange reverse shipment from any international location. If you are travelling or are able to send the piece through someone visiting one of our stores, we will be happy to carry out the repair work.

Return your piece : We will arrange a reverse pickup for customers within India. For orders from remote areas, a logistics charge may apply. Your client advisor will confirm the exact amount at the time of your request.
Expert assessment : Our jewellery experts will carry out a complimentary evaluation to determine whether the damage qualifies under the warranty.
Outcome : If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the repair will be carried out at no charge and your piece will be repaired and shipped back to you. If the damage is not covered, we will share a repair quote for your approval before any work begins.
Please Note - Third-party alterations Warranty void
Any alteration, repair, or service performed by a jeweller or service provider other than House of Quadri will automatically void this warranty.
