- HOQ makes all of its jewellery on order; time from order to delivery is normally 21 days. Occasionally it may vary due to complexity which will be communicated in advance to customers.
- HOQ Provide free delivery on all items within India. Shipping time is 24-48 hours in metro cities for "Available in Stock Items"
- All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
- HOQ will inform its customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.
- At HOQ we understand that jewellery is gifted on a special occasion or as a surprise. Please let us know in advance to maintain your surprise.
- For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
- All HOQ Products would be insured during the transit.
- In an uneventfully rare occasion if your shipment is tampered or lost, you must report to HOQ immediately.
- We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped from HOQ.
- HOQ charges a nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product or the actual shipping cost charged by the logistics partner whichever is lower for any product returned.
International Shipment Policy
- For International orders the transit timeline would be 7- 10 working days.
- For new product we take 3 weeks to make.
- International shipments are non - refundable & non - returnable.
- Once the product is sold and delivered it is not serviceable.
- The package is secured and insured.
- International orders are shipped by DHL, FEDEX, and ARAMEX.
- Costume duty will be calculated as per the country.
