- Our Lab Diamonds are EF colour VVS-VS clarity (all below 1 ct solitaires)
- All 1 ct+ solitaires are IGI certified & individually available in options of D/E/F colour and VVS/VS clarity. Please consult with us for detailed pricing
- All products are default made in 18k gold and available in 3 color options: Yellow, White, and Rose Gold
Pricing
- The prices are indicative considering 18k gold @9200 per gram. Will modify proportionately subject to change of rate
- 14k Gold option is now available at a reduced price of approximately Rs. 2150 per gm
- The price is also subject to the final diamond wt. +/- 5%
Sizing & Engraving
- Pricing is based on ladies' rings up to size 14 and gents' rings up to size 21. Custom sizing beyond these dimensions will require additional charges.
- We provide complimentary engraving such as a date/number wherever possible (subject to space).
Orders & Shipments
Order Processing
- For direct website orders a client advisor will get in touch with you within 24 hrs once the order is received, to co-ordinate timeline and delivery.
- For custom orders placed through Whatsapp we collect 50% advance upon confirmation and balance before shipment.
Delivery Timelines
- 3 weeks is normal delivery timeline for regular orders
- 4-5 weeks for complex pieces and custom items
- Once your order is ready a Client advisor will get in touch to co-ordinate delivery in store or shipment
Secured Shipping
- Shipping is secured and insurance covered always. India shipping to all major cities is complimentary and normally 2 working days.
- For remote locations please check with us the possibility, additional charges may apply.
- International Shipping is available at additional charges based on country and applicable import duties/tariff. Please get in touch to know more.
Care Instructions
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Regular CleaningĀ Keep your diamonds sparkling by cleaning them regularly with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Gently scrub around the setting to remove dust and oils, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.
Safe StorageĀ Store your diamond jewelry in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches. Keep pieces separate to avoid them rubbing against each other.
Avoid Harsh ConditionsĀ Remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, or doing household chores. Chlorine and harsh chemicals can damage settings, and physical activities risk impact damage.
Handle with Care pleaseĀ Jewelry is precious, it can scratch, chip or break if struck forcefully. Handle your jewelry gently and avoid placing it on hard surfaces.

Complimentary professional cleaning is our gift to you. Bring your jewelry to any of our locations, and our client advisors will restore its radiance with care.
Note: Our Yearly Maintenance facility will be void if any third party jeweller has done any work on the jewelry
Ring size modification?
HOQ can modify ring size +/- 1 size for items which have only a solitaire diamond. Pieces which have side diamonds may be increased by one size but not reduced. This will be complimentary.
We may have to remake the entire ring for you subject to the above where actual making charges will apply.
